“I built Middle Innings for business owners who don’t necessarily need another employee—they need someone capable they can hand things to.”

I’ve Built My Career in the Middle of the Moving Pieces.

I’m Kelsey, founder of Middle Innings Solutions, and for much of my career, I’ve been the person behind the scenes making sure the details don’t become roadblocks.

My professional background spans real estate, construction and building materials industry, project coordination, operations, sales, and marketing—industries where deadlines matter, communication matters, and there are often dozens of moving pieces competing for attention at the same time.

Before launching Middle Innings Solutions, I worked in residential real estate operations coordinating approximately 30 active projects at a time, following properties through acquisition, due diligence, title, renovation, vendor coordination, permitting, and closing. My role required me to see the bigger picture while staying close to the details—identifying potential issues, following up with the right people, tracking deadlines, and keeping projects moving when something inevitably changed.

My experience in the construction and building-materials industry gave me another perspective on how businesses operate. I supported contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners while managing the largest customer portfolio across three branches. My work included estimating and blueprint takeoffs, product and material coordination, pricing, ordering, logistics, customer relationships, and marketing. It taught me how closely operations, customer service, sales, vendors, and project execution are connected—and how quickly things can fall through the cracks when no one owns the follow-through.

I also spent years working directly with buyers and sellers in real estate, helping more than 100 clients navigate transactions that required organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to keep people moving toward the same goal.

Across each of those roles, a pattern emerged.

I’m at my best when there’s a lot happening.

Give me the deadlines, the vendors, the unanswered emails, the scattered documents, the project that needs follow-up, the process that lives in someone’s head, or the marketing idea nobody has had time to execute. I know how to step into the middle of it, figure out what needs attention, create structure, and start moving things forward.

That’s Why I Built Middle Innings.

Small businesses often reach a point where the owner or team has more work than capacity but hiring another full-time employee isn’t necessarily the right answer.

Middle Innings Solutions was created to fill that gap.

I provide flexible real estate coordination, marketing support, and office & project coordination for businesses that need an experienced extra set of hands without adding another full-time position.

I’m not here to add another layer of management or hand you a complicated strategy and walk away. I’m here to work alongside you—to organize, coordinate, communicate, follow up, solve problems, and help make sure the things that need to happen actually happen.
In business, just like baseball, a lot can happen in the middle innings.

That’s often where the game is won.
